The Client
Grosvenor Place is one of Sydney’s most iconic commercial buildings, located in the heart of George Street. Home to premium-grade tenants and a landmark of architectural excellence, Grosvenor Place is a flagship destination in the Sydney CBD.
The property management team has partnered with Nuvo for over a decade, engaging them for a wide range of audiovisual projects. These include upgrades to lift lobbies, directory boards, and digital signage throughout the building. This long-term relationship reflects the deep trust and collaboration between Grosvenor Place and Nuvo.
The latest initiative focused on a comprehensive digital signage rollout, reaffirming Grosvenor Place’s commitment to innovation, functionality, and delivering a superior tenant experience.
What we achieved with our customer
The project involved delivering a consistent and flexible digital signage system throughout Grosvenor Place, spanning over 120 screens across lift lobbies, tenant levels, and shared spaces. The key objective was to provide a centralised, easy-to-manage content platform that would support building-wide communication and branding.
Nuvo designed and implemented a tailored content management system that ensured reliable operation and scalability. Displays were integrated across multiple floors with minimal disruption, carefully scheduled to respect each tenant’s operational needs.
A key innovation was the custom-built LED wall at the concierge desk, which posed a unique challenge due to the stone facade that could not be drilled into. Nuvo engineered a mounting solution that preserved the architectural integrity while delivering a bold visual centrepiece for the building. Training was provided to on-site teams to ensure smooth adoption of the new system. The end result was a fully networked signage ecosystem that enabled seamless content updates and reinforced the building’s premium identity.
