The role:

We are looking for our next Maintenance Technician to operate on our Sydney Opera House team. The role will be servicing and maintaining Stage Machinary within the Opera House itself - working on a rotating shift roster between 7am and 1am.

To be considered you need:

  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Trade Qualified Electrician)
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift roster (morning and night shifts)
  • Experience in Service and Maintenance work
  • Experience in PLC and Lighting Controls (CBUS, KNX etc.) highly regarded

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager in our Mechanical team due to significant growth in our Projects Division. You will oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC projects within the building and construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and delivering high-quality results to clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple HVAC projects, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, managing budgets, resources and timelines to meet project objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues and challenges that may impact project delivery, and implement effective strategies to address them
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
  • Lead and mentor junior project managers, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and capabilities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC & Electrical industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex HVAC projects, with a strong understanding of construction methods, technologies and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools, with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Membership or accreditation with a professional industry body (e.g. AIRAH, HVAC&R Society)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Workforce Scheduler to coordinate and optimise field service activities across preventive, reactive, and quoted works. This role ensures the right technician is in the right place at the right time, supporting productivity, customer satisfaction, and achievement of KPI and SLA targets.

Based in our Mackay office, you will work closely with Technicians, Service Managers, Delivery Managers, and support teams to plan workloads, manage changes in real time, and maintain accurate scheduling data.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and forward workloads to maximise technician utilisation
  • Manage reactive breakdown calls and prioritise works in line with contractual KPIs
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling and compliance tracking
  • Allocate quoted works, materials, and subcontractor attendance
  • Maintain accurate system data, job statuses, and workflow updates
  • Monitor timesheets and support payroll preparation processes
  • Communicate schedule changes clearly to technicians and customers

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in scheduling, dispatch, or coordination within a trades or field services environment

To be considered you need:

Due to continued growth within our Sydney branch, we are seeking applications for Maintenance Electricians to join our team, operating on the Sydney Opera House.

The role:

We are looking for our next Maintenance Technician to operate on our Sydney Opera House team. The role will be servicing and maintaining Stage Machinary within the Opera House itself - working on a rotating shift roster between 7am and 1am.

To be considered you need:

  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Trade Qualified Electrician)
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift roster (morning and night shifts)
  • Experience in Service and Maintenance work
  • Experience in PLC and Lighting Controls (CBUS, KNX etc.) highly regarded
