Wrapping Up the Year Together

Before switching off for the holidays, teams across AE Smith, Nuvo and Envar took the time to come together and celebrate the end of the year at Christmas parties held across the country.

From NSW and Victoria through to Brisbane, Rockhampton, Townsville and Perth, each team marked the occasion in their own way — catching up over food, enjoying a few drinks together and making the most of a rare chance to slow down and connect outside of work. For many, it was simply about being in the same room, having a laugh and reflecting on a big year with the people they work alongside every day.

A special part of each celebration was recognising our Service Award recipients. These awards acknowledged team members who reached milestones of 5, 10, 15 and 30 years of service — an achievement that speaks to the commitment, experience and loyalty within our teams. Seeing colleagues recognised in front of their peers was a genuine highlight of the celebrations.

Across all locations, the focus was the same: people. Long-standing team members, new starters, project crews and office teams all coming together to enjoy each other’s company and close out the year on a positive note.

Thank you to everyone who helped organise the celebrations, and congratulations again to all those recognised with Service Awards. It was a great way to wrap up the year — together.
